I have a long commitment (2-3 hours) starting soon for a well-paying study - they sent me electronic devices (4) that arrived in a lock box with a combination padlock - they will give me the combination once the Zoom meeting/training starts - I'm curious

Oh sometimes life is just interesting. I was at Tractor Supply to get 50#s of cracked corn for the ducks. Now I can't lift that, but have little tricks to make it work so, not afraid to get it to the car. Well, I'm heading toward the car, putting my money away, and this woman says I look like I need help. Gees, I feel good today. Hope I don't look that bad. Anyway, she grabs the bag off the cart, throws it over her shoulder and I'm like, what the h***? I asked her what she thought she was doing. I mean come on. I don't want to be responsible for someone hurting themselves on my account. She asks me where my car is and then she throws it in the car. I don't know whether to laugh or scream at her. I mean, all my physical therapy training kicked in. I ended up profusely thanking her. Afterall she probably helped my liver because I didn't have to take four tylenel when I got home. She said she has animals to feed and is used to lifting and throwing these bags around. She was small in height and for a woman, that helps with lifting. Center of gravity closer to the ground seens to make a difference there. I appreciated the act of thoughtfulness. But really, I don't want anyone, especially one who is not a store employee, hurting themselves on my account. Live alone, have to know how to manage.

how mant mg is each tablet of tylenol? Taken4 on a regular basis, that is a harmful dose if not lethal. 29 year paramedic here with a gf that is a surgery anesthiosogist

doctor says 8000 mg a day is safe. should say my cardio told me this info. it's info for me to follow, not someone else. I already know the answer to that. It's kill my liver or be hooked on opiates. Sometimes life doesn't give you a choice. so, mind your own business.

on rat poison, oops, i mean warfarin, can't take those. only tylenol. i never reach the 8000 threshold per day. four (500 mg) at a time is usually my limit if i know i've done something that's really going to irritate my already compressed nerves. however, as i said, that's what my cardio told me and it's not advice for everyone, and fortunately i trust him and yeah, my liver is checked when i get serious blood tests. of course it cuts way down on the alcohol you can have. but it's still better than those evil opiates seeping thru one's system and their cruel fingers of death. and for the record, I miss advil and aleve. Those really help but also cause bleeding.
