Save money and rent out the condo when you're ready to level up.
Yes, that's one piece of advice I got early on in this journey. My friends husband has money (he invests for a major university) and he told me to buy two condos and rent them both out. I'm not the landlord type................so I read up on a lot of the options. I've even read about one person who rented out the second part of their duplex and lied - pretending they were a renter, too (they hired an apartment/management firm to deal with the tenant!

Bees are the worst :kill:
I've come to like bees, they are good for my garden :) I used to freak out at them totally, though.
A couple days ago I was walking back from the store and stopped to smell a flowering fruit tree on the way home, and only after I stuck my face in the tree did I realize it was FULL of bees. And it didn't freak me out at all, nor did it freak them out. #coolstorybro

We're looking at a condo - which makes me really (really) sad. I can afford it easily - it's cheap. I could have afforded the house, too, but in the short term - it would have been a little tight. The condo will mean I'm financially stable (always, not just in the short term). So, in a way, it's a wise decision.

IDK. I'm still regretting it and sitting on my hands so I don't dial the realtor and tell her it's all one big mistake.
Make sure to ask about 'association fee$".
