Clear your cache. I get the error from surveys occasionally and a quick clearing always fixes the problem.

@SherryNotShirley When you review the HIT just select "submit only" if you select "submit & export" it goes to the forum. I review all HITs that I do and just submit. That way they don't go to the forum but I am able to keep track of them if something goes wrong
