So is there any alternative to Mturk DataBase Mk II? Doesn't look like it works with the new site, and I haven't had any luck finding a spreadsheet template. I wanna be a responsible turker and keep track of my shit. Come tax time next year I need to be prepared.

MTS has HIT Tracker built in, which pretty much does the same thing.

Problem is it doesn't show a list of my HITs and Earnings for each day besides today, just PE's for today, weekly and monthly.

It does. You have to click the "History" tab at the top, above the projected earnings.
