No, I just sent in another appeal. Yesterday I went climbing so I was too exhausted when I got back (5 hour climb that took me a tiny bit longer!).

did you get a case number? i did fill out that other form and get one. And then, what is it? the turkicon form? that's probably not spelled right. Anyway I filled that out. didn't even know they were still really active. they were emailing me for more info last night and then suddenly everything started working again. and when they emailed me again right after I came back up, I told them I was up and thanked them for their help. This must be a very difficult accomplishment getting these back online because they told me thanks for letting them know and that that was giving them the strength to keep going. So, don't give up!
