is anyone else having problems with Connect? When I go to dashboard, it says I'm waitlisted. My account balance shows up and my message, but can't access projects. I submitted my govt id last week.

Does anyone know what causes me to qualify for a HIT but it won't let me accept it because it says I don't qualify? These are the qualifications (and the HIT shows up when I filter by HITs I qualify for):
