sigh
off to another town meeting (my only comment will be to object to the townsfolks who are elected to vote on the town budget - 100 or less people - this is instead of an open meeting where ALL the town can come and vote, which happens in other towns here). I'm not going to take a stand so much as to object that their votes are not public (so I had to pick from a long list of people I did not know, to vote on issues that they did not have to take a stand on, and their vote is not recorded, so I can't follow up on how they did representing.....me!). What a system!
