I feel like that about milk in my coffee. (I'm mostly vegan rn)

I used to look forward to my coffee.....now.....I'm just sort of tolerating it :(

I used to look forward to my coffee.....now.....I'm just sort of tolerating it :(

I'm not gonna lie. I LOVE garbage creamer. But I know it's garbage.

So I generally hate coffee now. Womp womp. I sometimes let myself get some.

This morning while getting dressed - I am not skinnier by any means, but my legs muscle composition is definitely different. I'll take it as a win for now.

I started a 60 day round of T25. Still gonna try running 2x a week but the weather will make that a bit challenging. Gonna see if I can condition my lungs to cold weather running, but they don't like it.

I’m trying to cut down on my coffee consumption, so that my heart doesn’t explode. I’m doing ok with only one cup in the morning, but it’s tough without my afternoon cup of coffee. It makes me want to stab someone with a plastic fork.

I only made it through like 75% of Total Body Circuit on T25 today. My hip started hurting. Is this my life now, a wonky hip?

I only do coffee in the early afternoon, i drink a giant cup o h20 in the morning.

I love that creamer too, I started using premier protein in mine. I just use the same amount of that as I would creamer, so it's lasts forever.

I've been trying for years to run off my man calves.... they won't go away :shifty:
I've always had big calves i try to embrace it lol

I've yet to find a pair of knee high boots that don't feel like they're cutting off circulation and it irks me. lol
weridly right now all my cowboy boots are TOO wide there. I dont wear tight knee highs. I had surgery on my right lower leg when i was younger and it's shaped weird from scars now. So boots won't fit me the same on both calves lol

I've been drinking far too much and too often lately so I'm committing here to be sober until November 21 (my birthday) on which I will be turning 18. I'd say I was going to tamp down the sugar too but I can only tackle one vice at a time and sugar is the lesser of two evils.

you can do it!

I'm cutting fast food back to 1x a week until december. Maybe longer but baby steps.


Boyfriend makes this a very very hard task.

Tackling one thing at a time is the easiest. It took me quite a while to cut out all the sugar, like a year at least. lol This year was the first year i've resisted halloween peanut butter cups. I feel like a champ :LOL:

Went to the doctor on Monday. I’m the same weight that I was six months ago. At least I didn’t gain weight.

I did overall fairly well this weekend. i only ate out twice last week - one was our customary fast food after dancing. But Friday night I had a very small dinner, instead of a large dinner AND after dancing fast food.

Saturday we got fresh sandwiches at a local Mennonite farm/restaurant...fresh dill onion bread, turkey, lettuce, amish cheddar, tomatoes... nothing terrible, not a huge serving. Mom fed us saturday night, again not terrible.

Sunday we only snacked for lunch and I made ginger soy honey pot roast over jasmine rice.

But I did drink a fair bit so I gotta cut that back too. but honestly we were eating out 2-4 times a weekend so that was a big deal for me.

I'm NOT eating out on weekdays unless we are sick/hurt/life is being crazy. Not laziness.

I will also use myfitnesspal through the holidays (excluding thanksgiving day itself, and christmas eve/christmas day).


Tomorrow I am having some friends over and I am making fish tacos with baked cod and broccoli slaw!
