How to assign many hits to workers with my qualification

So i have made a list of workers i want to give work to only

i made a qualification and assigned to them but when i am now creating a hit it is giving just one to each worker with my qualification when i want each worker to have 15 hits

can any one help me out

I can't help (I've never created a HIT). But I do know you can do this - it is certainly possible. (I've done hits before that did just this).
