My name is Cindy Zhang and I am a student doing research at the Translational Informatics Research and Innovation (TIRI) Lab at Johns Hopkins University. The study I am working on aims to understand the connection between the symptoms of COVID-19, other diseases, and demographic information.
I invite you to participate in my COVID-19 symptoms research study survey. Please search for “TIRI@JHU” to access the HIT. There are two available studies, one of type "individual" if you yourself have tested positive for COVID-19 and one of type "family member" if a member of your household has tested positive for COVID-19. Both have a qualification test to ensure that you have tested positive.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes, but the total duration offered is 30 minutes. The compensation is $1.00 and auto-approval is set to one day. Feel free to contact me with any questions on MTurk and my requester ID is A14L62S13TVFKD.
