Hi everyone:

I got a request to post information or think about how to be helpful during this time.

I've mulled it over for a few days and searched out some links that seem useful. I can post a few.

However, I've been percolating other ideas and wanted to toss them out there (to the crowd) and see what you think would be helpful or needed. Perhaps you have better ideas?

1. Give out information. I could post a few links, ideas about coping. And add to it as time goes on (so could others). We could have a thread just for that.
2. Have a thread that stresses coping. For instance, posting something affirmative that you've done every day (not at all to minimize the fear/anxiety/sadness). But just to reinforce that doing even one small thing is VERY important (for instance, yesterday I baked bread for my daughter. the day before, I took pictures of our crocuses outside).
3. Hosting a discord to talk about managing emotions during this time.

Please tell me what you think could be useful
