Telephone Customer Development Interviews - are they permitted?

Hi MTurk crowd!

We are startup co-founders trying to recruit for qualitative customer inverviews.

We set up a google voice number, listed it in the instructions & gave workers a way to call it anonymously (include *67).
After the interview, we planned to give out unique codes for the workers to get paid.
The template we used was the "Survey Link" template on mturk.

However, every time we post the HIT, we keep getting emails with "We've received reports from Workers in the Amazon Mechanical Turk (MTurk) marketplace that there is an issue with your HITs" immediately.

Is anyone here able to help?!

people have posted phone interviews before. I've personally never done one - so I'm not sure how they are set up. But they have been done for sure. I wonder if you set up a screener (qualify the people and then send out an email to them with instructions for a bonus HIT).
