Sorry you don’t feel good. If you don’t have anti anxiety medications. A little Benadryl is perfectly safe and will calm you down if you still need something in a pinch.

I got in on bitcoin when it was super cheap, and the computer I had them on was stolen, but at the time I didn't care much because it was a cheap junker and bitcoin was like 5 dollars per. Now, I am super upset and just ugh. I bought like 50 bitcoin.

I lucky have one xanax from a dentist appointment I just downed. I've been off daily meds for 18 months now, and haven't even been carrying emergency xanax because it's so damn infrequent.

Thanks. I also always have benedryl. Dog almost died from anaphylactic shock once.
