Usually, from what I've seen, the soft blocks come at nice round numbers; 30, 100, 500, etc... today it started at 241.

That's generally how they start out, but when a batch like that dwindles down many of the HITs that would have originally been available to you may not be there anymore, which is why people that start on these batches late usually have much lower caps than the people that started at the beginning.

Thank you The guy that owns that safari place is 77 and he sent everyone home and stayed there the first night of the fires. He said " I have 1,000 souls I am responsible for" he ran around the property with hoses putting out fires until the danger had passed. Pretty amazing.

In that picture on that post... I never been to it but I guess they have 1,000 animals and even some that are extinct in the wild. I am going to go at some point now that i know about it.

Yeah same here and given our favorite survey scenario of a train coming ...... I would choose to save animals over people.
