After some experiments, lamentation, and toilet time, I have come to the realization that I have to give up cheese and other dairy products, today is sad.

I've been trying to limit my intake of dairy but cheese is the hardest one. Good Luck!

i didn't give up a dairy but i consume FAR less than i used to. (yea i still use cream in my coffee, and eat halo top every now and then)
eliminating cheese/yogurt helped a bunch.
