"They" recommend starting new work/shift changes/new mothers returning to work etc on a Thurs. Gives your body 2 days to start something new and then the weekend to recoup (versus starting on Mondays). Maybe I'll give it a go tomr morn

That's interesting to know. I think I started back to work after Maternity leave on a Wed because of Hurricane Irma, I was suppose to start on Monday though.
