Complicated and stupid.

I accidentally left the shipping date as 2 days on the auction.....and so he's claiming he didn't know it was a pre-sale and that he doesn't want it anymore...claims it was supposed to be a birthday present and since it's late then he doesn't want it.....which makes me think hes bullshitting because there is nothing wrong with a late birthday present..he sends me this message 5 minutes after i ship it.

He opened a case.
Left me bad feedback.
And says he's refusing acceptance when USPS shows up with it.

Fucking crazy.

I think he just wants to save money as it's now going for $40 cheaper than when he bought it.

I forgot to mention that I messaged him the moment the auction ended and I told him it would be delivered to me on the 17th and you can email me about shipping updates.

I feel this will work in my favor because Ebay recently added the ability for case workers to read any messages sent between buyer and seller when they are making a decision.

I would definitely reference the message you sent to him, with the date, just so that ebay remembers to check. You will definitely win the case. The only thing that concerns me is that he says he is going to refuse the package.

Just saw a Target employee on a Facebook page flipping Grady Twins and Pennywiss chases. She works in the electronics section. Seriously thinking about contacting both funko and target at this point with screenshots of her posts. They should start making these online only if they can’t enforce their policies.

I also walked into GameStop today just as one of our local flippers was grabbing 3 chases off the shelves.

Hit up the gamestop across the street and got our first Dorbz chase in the wild.
Wanted to get one from a really long time....it shouldn't have been so difficult as dorbz are less popular but very few of our stores here stock them.

Score on the chase! That reminds me - my four year old boy told me yesterday that we need the Teen Titans Go! Pops. Wish he would have told me when he was 1. Might have to get a case of the mystery minis once they come out for him now.

My big Christmas gift from Gina came in the mail yesterday.

Fucking NECA man.

BIG HUGE BRIGHT TAPE ALL ACROSS IT THAT SAYS NECA
and then it even says what the item is on the outside box.

Now we kinda feel I should just open it......but shit.....$200....is a lot...and we can't/wouldn't want her to get another similar big gift to replace it.
So I don't know.
