I kinda got that part, it's just quals overall still boggle my mind, because there are so many and don't have a lot of rhyme or reason I suppose. Maybe a few years in I will understand lol

well, the [inc: XXXX] and the [excXXX] are probably what you'll see most of.
it's basically an ingroup and an exclude group (be it from not wanting you to retake something, or perhaps they had a good reason to dislike you such as when someone curses in the feedback form, which is unprofessional behavior on the part of the worker)
