That means "We don't know what the problem is or when it'll be fixed but we're not allowed to say that so call back later and hope for the best."I just called Amazon regarding the issue about the transfer payments from Sunday. The lady on the phone just gave me a generic reply that they're currently aware of the issue, and that I was going to be put on a list of some sort(didn't specify further). She said that I should wait a day, and if nothing happens, I should just call back.
This response, by the way, was the exact same response I got yesterday as well.
Has anyone received a more helpful answer?
