Ohhhhhh from a survey, that most of us probably passed over because it was a waste of our time because we use the tools available that allow us to actually earn a decent $$/hr wage.

Workers on mturk who use forums are a small subset of the workers. I think the ones who aren't aware they exist, might also be ones who haven't thought about the possibility of seeking out resources to be more efficient at it, and if you're not seeking resources or looking to improve efficiency, you're probably not making any kind of livable wage
A professor in college use to say "the informed and the un-informed." Mturk seemed difficult to navigate and dive into when I started. Once finding a forum, began asking questions to improve as a turker to work more efficiently. Seems you must try to put in some work in learning into the work you do on mturk to get money out of that work on mturk.

Morning! Why wouldn't you?
Of course

No milk. Have some time to think about it before walking on over to 7-Eleven.

One last question is there a forum post for the setup or is it pretty easy to get going? Do I need to turn off or get rid of my current turking extensions?
don't need to get rid of them, but some of them may be redundant after installing suite. it's very easy to get going.

Hey folks finally thinking about getting mturk suite but have a question. Can you see your total earnings for a year with it or will I need to use another extension for that?
Show earnings details Doesn't that do it? Function of AMT right?
Locals at Moms and Nicks make 2.75 an hour, not counting tips. There are exceptions to federal minimum wage for certain jobs, which is a horseshit hold over from the great depression.
When I started waiting on tables, I made $2.13 an hour 18 years later, I made $4.38 an hour. Didn't care a bit, lol. The lionshare of your work, as a server, is made by the customers, there fore, that's where your pay comes from. I guaranteed $20 in tips every hour. The $2.75, or whatever, is only there to pay your taxes. I actually made more in the 90's when my pay was less. The reason that they allow half state minimum wage, is specifically due to being a tipped employee.:)

The tips are what matters though.
Depends on area. Most of Cleveland is a festering shithole of despair, if your restaurant is in a poor area(like Moms and Nicks) then you can expect your wage to be absolute crap. Hell, Moms isn't even open past 3 pm anymore due to business being so bad. Now if you work in an area with a 2am bar rush, that's a different story.

Bar rushes suck. Drunk people have already spent their money, are rude and tip like shit.

In 20-30 minutes if you leave your Hit Monitor on all day. :bode:

Start approving in about 6 hours
Good morning, C to the J @C to the J. I don't understand what you mean when you say "In 20-30 minutes if you leave your Hit Monitor on all day." Can you clarify, please?

The tips are ALL that matters. I wouldn't cash a paycheck until I had 10 of them. They're only $10 a piece due to taxes for the tips are also taken from here. Some people don't understand the industry, I think.:)

I think what he's getting at is that if you wait for a certain awesome batch to post, you'll get that $30 pretty quickly.

I prefer to make nothing from my employer, when serving. It means I don't have to clean their restaurant or roll fucking silverware. I make my money and fly.:)

No customers left=No more money=Go home:)

Exactly. If you're even looking at your wage for anything other than tax purposes it's time to find a new spot. It's been years since I worked in the service industry but something is horribly wrong if you're depending on that money.

Well, OK, that makes sense. I didn't see the connect because I'm not a batch person (although that's what I need to become). Thanks, Metallica @Metallica
