I'll never understand why people give 4 or 5 TO ratings (regarding pay rate) for surveys that pay $0.10/min.

TO seems like a broken system. If you gave a review of 1 or 2, or made a comment about requester being unfair for rejections/blocks without slandering the requester, the review sooner or later would be flagged by the mods or other TO users (generalization but is one of the reasons why I don't I pay too much attention to TO.)

That is a lot of writing. Some reviews really give you perspective of how TO works. Most of the low reviews are flagged by mods or other TO users. The high reviewed ones don't seem to be (don't think I've seen a review with all 5's ever flagged). Generalizing, and could be wrong. Not afraid to admit when wrong.
