Well, part of the game is that you don't always know how those sorts of batches will end up. If you're at a lower number approved, it's best not to do more than what would make you drop 1% at worst if they all rejected. Once you get to higher numbers you won't even notice the rejections. Thanks, @ecko and @TurkingMaster ! At what point do you stop stressing over possible rejections and go for batches from new requesters with no TO? How can you tell if they're going to pan out or not?
I just did a bunch of those. I don't worry until my pending, with 1 requester, starts to get close to the number of rejections that I would need to bring my approval to below 99%.Thanks, @ecko and @TurkingMaster ! it really depends on the hit and how well it pays. regardless, i make sure that i can take the rejections without dropping below 99% approval. so if it will take 200 rejections to drop me to 98% i make sure to only do 190 of the hits from the unknown requester. Thanks, @ecko and @TurkingMaster ! Me too. You can always add multiple people to conversations that you initiate. Is there a @Mentor around for a quick question?
I think it varies from person to person. If I'm working with an unknown requester, I usually don't submit more than what could put me below 99% approval if they all reject. It really comes down to your own preference/risk toleranceThanks, @ecko and @TurkingMaster ! Not a mentor but one thing you could look at is the Auto Approve. If it is a day or less, I would do them. Thanks, @ecko and @TurkingMaster ! also, i can only think of a few times where a new requester mass rejected and most of those times they end up reversing them after people make noise. that is why it is a good idea to do numbers hits, that way you dont have to cut yourself off of a good batch. Thanks, @ecko and @TurkingMaster ! Personally I've never worked for a requester with no TO but really that would depend on the AA. Generally I don't do scared money at all. It would also depend on how much padding you have. Get up to around 150,000 approved and you should be pretty safe to eat some rejections, nothing major of course, as long as you keep your percentile at or above 99% you should be good. Thanks, @ecko and @TurkingMaster !
