I've read the thread so I see you've probably already fixed this, but, for future reference and others it's happening to, this happens if "once" is toggled to true in your PC PandA details. That line should read false for batches, and can be changed by clicking on it.

Thanks mine is already set to false. I just reinstalled it and will try tomorrow. All the other pandas I have set run fine just barcodes mess up.
