If you wanna take more time than the hit is actually worth to lessen the possibility of rejection you can, but they have an awful TO so you might be rejected anyway.

Yeah, they can still use the data they gather. It is totally sleazy but it seems like it's this requester's MO. Maybe they honestly don't understand adults can read faster than pre-schoolers?
