I am really not happy at all with Amazon customer service and the new dumb ass delivery service they are using for my order.

I've had to watch what I say in my emails when angry as I know it's all associated with my worker ID and I just don't trust that they don't flag accounts with "ban her!"

I want my stuff, but they're threatening to just cancel the order and refund my money! No! I want my DAMN STUFF!
I'm having that issue with something too.
I can't re-order it at the price I got it at- it was on sale + a promo code/coupon.... fucking send me my shit.

I go through that all the time. They won't allow a review of it. They delete those even if they are worded politely. I have a strange address that borders on two streets. No one can find it on google maps apparently and stuff I order doesn't always get here. But if it's the PO they usually will make a second attempt and if you fill out their complaint form that usually gets you service. I did that the last time Amazon wouldn't leave a package and it came like the next day or something. Amazon will credit your account if you B enough but they also will tell you that you may still get the package on redelivery.

Right? How hard is it to deliver goods when THAT IS YOUR ENTIRE FREAKING BUSINESS MODEL!

They are having difficulty delivering to MY business. I've gotten deliveries from them at my business for years and years. UPS and USPS deliver no problemo. This new, incompetent service showed up yesterday after we were closed and said they would try one more time but if we weren't open they were going to cancel the order and refund me.

My address IS marked as a business with hours listed.

Whoever this new delivery service is (which is not listed on tracking) super sucks a bag of dicks.

edit: not their entire business model, but it's a big part of what they do!

I waited over 4 months for a special pair of ballet shoes and by the time they arrived I had already driven a state over and bought 2 pair for her.

It's often cheaper there, lol! Plus I just use my payments balance so it's like I didn't spend any money,:smuggrin:

This time I ordered ink because I was too lazy to go to an office supply store. Never again. I'm driving my ass to a brick and mortar for something I need in a timely manner.

I leave not nice reviews when products come damaged or messed up all the time. Then I also usually call customer service.
Not only have I had my account credited but I have gotten several gift cards towards my next order in many cases. I simply explain why the product is defective.

Ok after I remove all the nsfw ideas I've got; paper weight, art nouveau corner sculpture, butter dish, and [redacted].

On second thought [redacted] definitely should have been removed with the nsfw set.
I'm not working though.
