I'm holding onto the old dashboard and site until they force me to stop

I hated the way my dad cooked them growing up so I totally understand! Somehow he just made a greasy mushy mess of them. Now I love them. Especially roasted. Or baked as fries or tots. Or in a pie or casserole. Yeah, I'm a fan now!
