I got to the very end and the last page would not submit, and the submit button on the hIt wouldn't work. I randomly hit the ENTER button and the HIT page submitted. I emailed the requester and they did not know what happened but they said the HIT went through and they were paying shortly.

Don't message them about it or they'll drop the pay to $0.06 and compensate by upping the timer.
I find that if there are stuck just go to hits assigned and click on it and it usually loads pretty fast, kind of a pain though. For anyone doing these don't over think them, once you get the hang of it they are pretty simple.
