I just assume someone like that is lying about the rejections or was scamming, at this point.

I just assume someone like that is lying about the rejections or was scamming, at this point.

A third possibility is incompetence. It is difficult to identify why one outlier would differentiate so far from other reported cases, or whether the onus for the rejections lies with requester or worker.
