Problem Double scroll bar on mtc

So i have this new problem with double scroll bar on MTC dunno what caused it maybe the new chrome update as everything seems to be fucked with it... Here is a screenshot

I can't seem to get it to come up on that theme for me. I really don't know where it's coming from. Seems chrome hasn't done an update yet to fix the issues with js. I don't know if it's caused by the same update or not.

ITs weird and just happened yesterday but @Jaded Also said she had it happen to her in chrome I dunno I am just using a different theme problem solved Thanks for the help/suggestions your very helpful and really a key cog in this forum if it wasn't for you, i dunno what how this forum would be running as smoothly as it does
