I also have RBF and sometimes RBTone(?). Where I sound like a total bitch but it was an accident.

10% of the time I am a total bitch.

When I try to control my "anxiety voice" /not stutter (anxiety, again) or fucking cry in public- then my tone gets very harsh from being controlled/so tight. So I understand RBTone
