Gosh, I love all the homage to the 80s lately; particularly with Synthwave, Vaporwave and Future Funk.

Although, this is technically classic J-pop:

Hey ChristopherASA @ChristopherASA Here are some more gems for you to check out similar to what I posted in the daily thread and I enjoy.

Do you remember the HITs that showed us a record (like the Black Satin image), and the R asked us to input the performer and record label?

`Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.

"Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
The frumious Bandersnatch!"

He took his vorpal sword in hand:
Long time the manxome foe he sought --
So rested he by the Tumtum tree,
And stood awhile in thought.

And, as in uffish thought he stood,
The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame,
Came whiffling through the tulgey wood,
And burbled as it came!

One, two! One, two! And through and through
The vorpal blade went snicker-snack!
He left it dead, and with its head
He went galumphing back.

"And, has thou slain the Jabberwock?
Come to my arms, my beamish boy!
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!'
He chortled in his joy.

`Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe;
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.

I know this is the work thread - but

I encourage everyone to spend an hour on this video. It's old but has many classic / legendary performers. If you are oldish you will know, if not play it for your parents, and listen to the stories they tell. You can't be down with the sickness without knowing its beginnings.

Mods - put this in the "best videos ever" thread.
