I saw both. And both times it reminded me of an uncooked roast.

ETA - also the cords are gross too. I had a midwife with my second kid and they don't clamp the cord until it stops pulsating. It's so gross feeling. Everything about birth is gross.

My one and only child I was drugged up. I talked to the anesthesiologist about his family and kids and about my step kids. I lucked out that my experience wasn't that gross. I freaked out that my kid was purple though. I wanted them to immediately make him more of a normal color lol
