Same happened to me -- switched to new worker site and it was fine. I am going to use it all the time now except for hits that don't work on it. This sucks.

Thanks. Actually I found it. It didn't send and I saw why it didn't. I didn't mark something on the submit page that I thought was a smiley face only it was spot to make with a smiley face in it. Strange. But it left me do it over and then submit correctly. I found it when I checked my queue.
