He does have super strength (he's the pinnacle of human abilities) same goes for agility. While he doesn't have fast healing, he does have a better healing rate than most people. This is also assuming that it would even get to that point, he would just drop down on her and either one shot her or gas her to unconsciousness.

I'm pretty sure that's not how Batman works. He's a regular guy who trained in Martial arts. I mean, he's awesome physically but he's not mutated.
Pinnacle of HUMAN abilities. His agility, strength, and healing rate are all good for a HUMAN. Doesn't rate next to an actual superhero. Buffy isn't human, she's a supernatural slayer.
Hence the reason he's the pinnacle of the human condition. He's not super human or meta human, he's just perfect 10s across the board.
Except that he's kicked every super hero's ass. Remember this is the guy that could single handily take down the Justice League if he wanted to... and basically has more than once.
But that doesn't improve his healing rate or "super strength". He's seen multiple times in animations where he's taking longer to recover from combat than someone like Superman, Spiderman or even Deadpool. Though I'm not completely certain what Deadpool can do.
But it makes absolutely no sense that he could do ANY of that. Superman could kill him without even trying.
To be fair...he's rich and very intellectual. I like that he likes psychology but I'm not sure, outside of his work, if I like him personally.
