Can't accept the hit if you don't have the qual. I messaged through the platform and the provided email with no response after a few days. I had a separate issue which is probably why he's ignoring me. I haven't been able to do a Galileo hit in over a year anyway so after dealing with this issue I'm done with them.

The problem is entirely on our end and is related to the switch to the new MTurk interface. Luckily this occurred on a small test batch, but we understand that several workers were still impacted.
