When you save the world multiple times and you have super powers, you get granted superhero status. Like Buffy.

I consider her powers supernatural...not superheroic. But I love her anyway, so whatever.

Buffy and Dean would get married and would become a super hero power couple.

Buffy. Dean has no powers whatsoever. Castiel at full power would destroy Buffy by snapping his fingers.

No. They generally are fighting for justice and use their abilities for that. Buffy kicks the asses of demons and vampires. Totally different skillset.

Eeek, that's a little tougher. Mark of Cain Dean is very willing to kill but Buffy is still stronger. But Dean would be insanely hard to kill. Ugh.
