So, back in the fall there were a few requesters that came through and instead of assigning quals for work done, or whatever, they mass blocked. Well, some of them got removed but other didn't. I went on a walk about in mid december and another happened along with John Smith, or whoever the hell adn it pushed me over the edge. They suspended the account. Two months of arguing and deliberating back and forth and I was allowed to make a new account but they refused to give me my old one back.

Haha, not really. Qualifications and Submission counts are only important in the present. It's the work effort and efficiency that makes you money in the long run. ( I tell myself this to make up for losing my favorite quals...hehe.)

It's not that they encourage it, it's that they don't educate enough on the consequences and differences between the different options.
