I don't really understand why they don't make that rounding thing clearer to everyone. I try to message requesters when I notice it and every time it turns out they didn't know and thought they were getting 99.x+ people rather than for real 100%. It's not intuitive at all.

That would imply that Amazon is helpful to their requesters.
