think about all the time it would take to get back to 1k, 5k, 10k, gather quals, etc (esp considering you have to do the 10 day probationary period again)

Taking the time for the chance that you can maybe get it back is definitely worth the effort

Well, to be fair, I've only been turking for four days and I'm at 5k approved, so numbers aren't that messy. It's the quals I'm struggling to get back. Been emailing my old contacts. Some have been responsive, some want me to come back once I have more approved and so on.


But yeah, like @kryssyy said, making a new account isn't just a baseline option. I don't know if it was a special case, or whatever, but it was given to me and I ran with it like flint compared to the alternative- nothing.
