I am bitter about the survey comet... I had accidentally accepted 2 in my queue, threw one back...because I was trying to help others out. and went to work on the other one and it said I already did it. Emailed requestor, no problem they gave me an external link, me being the honest person I am and wanting them to get the correct data, I told them this didn't look like the platform that I used so they said okay don't do it we will set up another one for you. That was Thursday or Friday I think. I emailed them yesterday about my hit and they still haven't emailed me back. They were pretty fast in their other responses.

OK. So you probably just got "lost" in their system. So write them again, and in doing so, communicate that you are very understanding about what happened.
