Agreed. I think also adding to the stress it is Holiday season coming up and people are trying to make some last Christmas money for presents.
Which makes me wonder why didn't Amazon like wait to do the change until like January 2, 2018? Why they picked right before Christmas I have no clue.

I work in IT. Could be anything from end-of-life or end-of-support on old server hardware (warranty expiring, service contract up and not renewed) to something handed down from way high up in corporate that this needed to be done before January 1, could've been an edict from years ago.

There's probably a reason for it, not that it would help ease anyone who is struggling's mind.

I have no idea what I'm doing, but I'm doing it right

I have an BA in English and an MA in communication -- I am at 91% after doing hundreds if not thousands of these. People are definitely not doing a pretty good % of them right, but as long as it's consistent, the algorithm likes it.

My favorite HITs right now, by far.
