Hi all, any ideas on this problem? The UI for Turkmaster no longer loads on Firefox (with greasemonkey) for me. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and the UI just won't load. Any ideas how to solve this?

Others have already poked at the problem, but your troubleshooting steps should probably be:

1) Change out Greasemonkey for Tampermonkey. As @Nuramazing said, most scripts aren't currently compatible with the version of Greasemonkey that ships with Firefox 57.

2) Be sure you're running the latest version of Turkmaster. I know the dev is working on it, but like all the other scripts there have been frequent updates/bug fixes since the new site switch over.

3) You may have to switch to Chrome. Sadly, I say this as a Firefox loyalist. With all the changes that are happening right now to scripts/add-ons, etc. due to the new site you may be better off switching (at least temporarily) to the browser that most of the script writers are developing on.

Also, (I had to spend some time looking for this last night) once you have the hit open, if you look at the top left and find the requester's name, you can click on it and a box pops up called Hit Details that has a Contact the Requester link on the bottom left. There's also a link to Contact the Reqester in the list of completed hits for each hit.

Also, (I had to spend some time looking for this last night) once you have the hit open, if you look at the top left and find the requester's name, you can click on it and a box pops up called Hit Details that has a Contact the Requester link on the bottom left. There's also a link to Contact the Reqester in the list of completed hits for each hit.

By default the requester's name isn't visible at the top there and it's just a "HIT Details" link. There's a script that changes it to their name. But yeah, if you click that you can click the contact link.
