Although I'm not really a homemade mac guy (I tend to not like most cheese in general, and mac and cheese only if it's the powdered kind), sauced pasta is so good. I think I really like conchiglie (those shell-shaped pasta) most, it just gets all of the sauce in there, it's so good. But even just egg noodles are amazing. I still every now and then just boil some egg noodles, toss them with some butter, and salt the hell out of them.
