So I left a call-back number with AMZN Payments and Tina called me five minutes later. She took a look at my account and could not see any reason why I'd get such a message. I also was eMailed a short survey w/ regard to Tina's cs performance. I gave her stellar scores ... and then included a message about the worker site; pretty much told them that--compared to the "old" site--the new worker site sucks. lambasted the new site, and extolled the virtues of the old. (Oh! and Tina agreed with me about the new site.)
