I once decided to substitute this chipotle infused olive oil I had for butter in this big batch of mac and cheese I was making.

A cup and a half of chipotle olive oil. It tasted like battery acid.

Thanks for the imput. As long as things get back to normal relatively soon that is good. Even at work we are WAY slower than previous years. I think Christmas falling on a Monday really screwed things up. My numbers and $$ are way behind normal and I'm hoping it changes soon. BTW how is baby?

I don't know why, but I really got a kick out of the fact that pockets back then were literally bags you tied around your waist and covered with more clothing on top.

That makes so much more sense than adding pockets to everything individually
