ugh... the taxes on bonuses suck
every few months I get a bonus between 200 and 800 and the taxes are almost 45% when paid as bonus.

there is a flat tax on bonuses of like 25%, and it also pushes you into a higher tax bracket, so more gets taken out overall

Rather then just give a pay raise, which would be much more beneficial.
