Speaking of court and things,

I won a settlement for 1.5 million a few months ago but, the person refuses to pay.( been a 3 year process with appeals and request to vacate, etc.) Not much we can do. We've been dealing with the courts for 2 years over this and it's finally settled. That said, do you know of any companies that may be willing to buy our settlement for like $.50 on the dollar, or something? I know that when I've owed money, it eventually gets sent to a debt collection agency. Is there a way I can sell my settlement to one of those debt collection agencies? Or another way I could collect from this guy? He has property and cars and I'm guessing he has some of the money he embezzled from us as well. If I could even collect a bit of that, it would help immensely.

couldn't you ask the court for a wage garnishment order? you should talk to the attorney who helped you obtain the settlement.

He doesn't work. He only has cash, property and vehicles.

That would be fine for PandA HITs, but not when I select one and done. I've already had two surveys I had to return because the double catch bugged the survey into thinking I had already taken it.

So how do I downgrade it?

You go to history on greasyfork and click on the older version. It will ask you if you want to downgrade. This older version does not go into ham mode when you click once. I use PC for surveys a lot so that's how I want it.

in that case, get a different attorney, and ask about other liens and options.

Well if it makes you feel any better I wouldn't have excused you! Picking a jury is AWFUL

Of course after being excused I went into a google frenzy LoL looks like it's going to be a tough case. A lot of circumstantial evidence. Two previous hung juries ... this is the 3rd trial since 2013. Looks like I dodged a bullet.
