To load a separate Chrome window, just right click on your Chrome tab (in your task bar) and click on "Google Chrome". This will open a new Chrome window. Open 2 windows - one for PC and one for HM. These will then have front and center (since they are the only tabs open in each browser window, effectively).

That would be fine for PandA HITs, but not when I select one and done. I've already had two surveys I had to return because the double catch bugged the survey into thinking I had already taken it.

So how do I downgrade it?

Johnnyrs removed the new feature for now and will make those changes another way. It should work like you want it to now. If you did the downgrade, you may want to re-update because he also made some other improvements with that update.

I don't have enough PC smarts to tell you why we're getting different results, but I'm getting 5-7 HITs a day from it.
