Plus, there are much more efficient ways of exercising. Like an elliptical.

- Not everywhere is SAFE to run.
- Not all streets are safe for pedestrians.
- Not everyone can mentally handle running in public.
- Working out inside your house is hella convenient, which makes you more likely to DO it.
- There is equipment that is SAFER for some people's broken bodies. (Like ellipticals.)
