Stormlight Archive is just as good in my opinion

I haven't gotten to read the newest one yet, but yes, really enjoyed the first two. Basically anything he writes is fun. He really loves creating odd magic systems.

Just downloaded The Way of Kings, Stormlight only 3 books, easier to catch up. Thanks!

If you enjoy them and end up trying Mistborn later, don't worry too much about the number of books. The first 3 are a self contained trilogy, then later books are with new characters set in the same world like a hundred years later. So it's not just one long continuous story.
